• Dose history (taken, skipped)
• Stock counts and warning thresholds
• Treatment start and end dates
• App language preference (English or Bengali)

This data never leaves your device. We have no access to it.

3. How We Use Your Information

All data you enter is used solely to provide the core features of the App:

• Displaying your daily medicines and dose schedule
• Sending local dose reminder notifications and alarms
• Tracking doses taken and skipped
• Showing weekly progress and dose history
• Alerting you when medicine stock is running low

No data is used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose beyond what is listed above.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored locally on your device using an encrypted local database (Hive). We do not use any cloud storage, remote databases, or third-party servers to store your information.

Your data remains on your device until you:

• Manually delete a medicine or its history within the App
• Uninstall the App (which removes all local data permanently)

We recommend keeping your device secured with a PIN, password, or biometric lock to prevent unauthorized access to your health information.

5. Permissions Requested

The App requests the following device permissions to function correctly:

• NOTIFICATIONS — To send you dose reminder notifications.
• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM — To fire alarms at the precise times you set for your medicines.
• FOREGROUND SERVICE — To ensure alarms are delivered reliably even when the App is running in the background.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED — To reschedule your alarms automatically after the device is restarted.

None of these permissions are used to collect or transmit any personal data.

6. Third-Party Services

Oshudh Khaisen does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. The App does not make any network requests and does not share your data with any third party.

7. Children's Privacy

Oshudh Khaisen does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not collect or transmit any data at all, making it safe for users of all ages. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns, please contact us using the details in Section 10.

8. Health Information Disclaimer

Oshudh Khaisen is a personal medicine reminder and tracking tool. It is NOT a medical application and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always follow the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional regarding your medications and treatment.
